Page template question

    I am wondering if this is possible, I know I have done the same working in Drupal.

    I know how to create page templates and how to assign a template to each required page.

    I need my users to have a page of their own, that they complete the information input but I didn’t want them to just do what they want.
    For example, each page has a title (none changeable), an information section (they cannot edit) and below a content section (they can add what they wish). Ideally I would also like the ability to add an image (uploadable).

    So instead of them getting to a page where they can supply all the info, most of it is already populated, some they can edit, some they cannot.

    Can anyone recommend a suitable plugin or a tutorial on how to achieve this please?
