Page Template options

Hi. What’s the difference between Default template, Elementor Canvas, Elementor Full Width and Landing page? Also, why does a custom Elementor header, after setting the page’s Header style to “custom” and Template – to the desired Elementor header, appear only when the template is set to “Default template”?
