Page Template Breaks Plugin

  • When I change the page template the course info doesn’t show anymore, just shows whatever I put in the course caption.

    If I use the default template it breaks the header and footer and makes them not look the same as the rest of the site.

    Im unsure of whats happening here, I am using the Twenty Twenty Three theme and everything has worked up until me changing the page template so what my entire site uses it stops showing the course.

    im using Twenty Twenty Three theme as it has no functions.php as its a block theme.

    how can i use custom page templates without having to create a child theme and remake everything

    honestly at times this support team is absolutely useless. waiting days for an answer to get asked some question thats irrelevant.

    how about reading what I said as it isn’t hard to understand.

    you can reply to other people but can’t reply to this thread? doesn’t make any sense. I gave enough information. Giving you a link isn’t going to change the fact that its not going to show you what I am talking about. I need actual live support as I will have to change the page template while you’re viewing it to see the issue at hand.

    I deleted everything from all templates so there is nothing and its still showing the old stuff and when i change my template it breaks. do i need to update my index.php?

    how is anyone supposed to get support if you ignore everyone for days at a time. this is honestly the word support I have ever encountered, I absolutely regret buying this plugin and theme from you guys
