@dhatul, Using the Page Template Add-on ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-page-templates/ ) you can select active themes page templates ( like: page with left sidebar, full width page, page with right sidebar ), which is totally different from wpdm page templates ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/page-templates/ ), using wpdm page template you can customize the package/file info shows in the details page. The pro version has an integrated template editor to customize the wpdm page and link template ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/ ).
