Hi, the page is still displaying a cached version that looks broken for some users. We are unable to replicate the caching issue but the client is still seeing a cached version.

Are you able to advise on what we need to do to resolve this issue.

    Many thanks

    Hello @curtismccaw

Thank you for reaching out and I’m happy to assist you with this.
As I can see the page is not being cached and has been excluded from page caching. The Page also looks normal without any breaking.
If you inspect the source you can see:

    <!--
Performance optimized by W3 Total Cache. Learn more: https://www.boldgrid.com/w3-total-cache/

Object Caching 2/466 objects using disk
Page Caching using disk: enhanced (Requested URI is rejected)

Page Caching using disk: enhanced (Requested URI is rejected) means that the page is not cached and is excluded from W3TC Page Cashing.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks!

    Hi @vmarko

Thanks for the quick response. Appreciate it.

The client is still seeing a cached version, what would you recommend for this?

Is it a simple solution of telling them to hard refresh and it’ll work as normal after this.

    Many thanks

    Hello @curtismccaw

    Thank you for your feedback.
Yes, the hard reload or a simple reload of the page should fix this for the user. If you have set the HTML Expires header to 3600s normal reload is fine also.
Advise the user to check the incognito window and to hard reload the page.
    Thanks!
