    Hi

    Is there a way to optimise the FAQ’s?
    I have 45 x FAQ’s and it takes 35 seconds for my page to load.
    I have removed the short code and tested the page and it’s lightening fast, but as soon as I add the short code, the page is almost unresponsive but eventually loads 35 secs later.

    If you could please advise, that would be great.

    Are you using any other shortcode inside the FAQ.
    Also, what is the content that you are loading in the FAQ, do you have images that are big in size?
    Also, it would help us to troubleshoot this faster if you could provide a link to your site where you have the FAQs.

    There’s just a paragraph of text and the [ultimate-faqs] short code.
    There aren’t really any images on the page.
    Happy to provide a link but it’s a dev site so I could email through details if that helps.

    I love this plugin, it works great, but I am also finding it to be very slow.

    I have super fast hosting and the FAQ page is by far the slowest page on my site. It is going to kill user experience.

    All of my FAQ content is text-based with a few links. Usually a paragraph or two. I have a total of 6 categories and 125 questions as of right now.

    How can I make it faster? Are there things I can turn off or scripts I can host to speed this thing up?

    Update: forgot to mention that I’m a paying customer if that helps.

    Just confirming I have removed the Adsense code and it hasn’t solved the issue.
