Elementor is going downhill. Most changes they are introducing now are quickly reducing the page load speed score – about 20 units had been lost on the mobile speed score during updates introduced in the last two months.

I have looked in the Experimental options and am truly terrified. They are working hard to slow down our websites even more. In a true Orwellian style they are drumming their efforts to optimise Asset loading but forgot to mention that your loading time will increase by about one second or two if you activate their “improvements”.
