    @mikeallen7 Thanks for getting in touch and providing a video of this issue. Any of the following may be contributing to the dashboard not loading:
    – Browser configurations or extensions
    – Caching (via browser or plugins)
    – Third party plugin conflicts

    Please check for the same issue using a Chrome browser incognito window. If the same issue persists please share your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.

    If the PageSpeed Insights module loads fine using an incognito window please try clear your browsers cache or check the extensions active.
