Page speed

Hi,
i have an issue with my page speed after installing Google Adsense.

Before this i hade a score of 98 for mobile and 99 for desktop based on Google speed test after i installed the Plugin for Google Adsense the score got very poor, now around 50 for mobile and 70 for desktop.

Is it any way to improve the speed?
I have already all optimizer, lazy load, combined CSS, no google font and so on,,,
