What happens when you try to access the settings page?

upload a blank page
https://**********/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=printfriendly

Please try removing and re-installing the plugin.

The blank page error, can be due to a faulty plugin install ( even due to another plugins ) or specific changes made to your installation.
