Page selection has unclear setup

Hi,

I don’t get how to enable conditional menu for a specific page.

I go to Appearances -> Menus -> Manage locations
Then I select the menu I want and click on + Conditions
The General tab looks nice and simple – just check the box I need and good.
The Pages tab however looks weird, instead of pages and checkboxes I see this:

empty field here

empty field here
About Us<\/span><\/label>

What do I put in those ’empty’ fields?
