Page Section Update issue

  • Hello, I’m currently updating my wordpress website pages. However, in the “Content Builder Option”, when I try to edit a section and click “Update”, all the content in that section disappears and resets to the default template where the section will just display the words “undefined”. It was not like this before 2 weeks ago where everything was saving normally. Could this be related to the recent WordPress 5.5.1 update? Right now I’m unable to edit any content on my website as a result. Anyone know why this is the case or has a similar issue?

  • Hello there,
    Can you turn on your debugger and share it here? If its ok with you I mean. When the debugger will tell us a little more under the hood what is causing the issue.
