I have Relevanssi – A Better Search installed on my website. When I enter a search word into the search box in the top navigation menu, all page and post results appear in the search dropdown box.

However, when I click on the search icon and am redirected to the ‘Search Results’ page, only the post results are displayed. I can’t see any page results displayed for the search term.

Example search terms would be ‘impeller’ or ‘gasoline’.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Is your search results template capable of displaying page results? If I force Relevanssi to return only page results, I get a completely empty results page.

If you search with the Relevanssi admin search (Dashboard > Admin search), do you get the page results there? If not, the problem is in in Relevanssi; check Relevanssi indexing settings to make sure they include the pages.

If the admin search returns pages, the problem is in your theme. Make sure your theme search results template is capable of displaying page results. Flatsome should be fine with pages, but I don’t know what your child theme does.
