Page Scrolls up after clicking on download

    Everytime one clicks on download button, the page automatically scrolls up to the top of the page. How can I stop this?

    Hello,

    You have another event attached to that link, that after 500 milliseconds it redirects you to the href location. You have litespeed and the scripts are all combined so I can’t see exactly from where this comes, so you need to find out from where the event is set.

    Thank you for quick reply. I investigated based on what you said and I found that setting the button preference to “new window” as opposed to “same window” prevents this from happening. So it got solved. Thanks again for your help!
