page scrolling issue on the cart page

    Hello,

    I am having issue with the cart page not scrolling in certain step combination.

    To recreate error:
    – choose a product and go to checkout
    – choose flat rate, then “calculate shipping”
    – enter the “Country”, “Region”, “Town/District”,
    – hit “Update”
    – choose any of the postage options that come up
    – hit “change address”
    – cannot scroll up or down.

    I suspect that it is to do with the select2 plugin, because it act exactly the same when the dropdown is open. It looks like after selecting the option, it would not release the scroll; but I am not sure how to disable the select2 to test.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @garytong,

    To see if it is a conflict with the Select2 plugin, you can go to Plugins and find that plugin and click Deactivate. Then test to see if that was the cause of the locked scrolling.

    If that was not the conflicting plugin, please do a full theme and plugin conflict test.
