Page scroll to id url disappear

  • I use page scroll to id with anchorlinks. If I click on “Kontakt” it should scroll down on the front page. If I am on the front page, the anchor works. But if I am eg on https://bc2ry.myraidbox.de/ueber-uns/, the anchorlink do not work – it disappears in the URL. I have more Anchorlinks on this page (eg https://bc2ry.myraidbox.de/analysen/#ausdauertraining) and they are working, even from different pages. But not the “Kontakt”-Link. If I deaktivate “Page scroll to id”, the link works. If I disable “Scroll from/to different pages (i.e. scroll to target when page loads)” in the Plugin-Settings of ps2id, the “Kontakt”-Link works (but without scrolling). What is the Problem? What can I do, that all works correctly?

    Hi,

    You have another “Kontakt” link in your page footer (right after the copyright info), which has the following URL:

    /#kontakt/

    This is not correct and generates a javascript error which prevents the script from executing the page scroll when the page is loaded.
    You need to change the links URL to:

    /#kontakt

    i.e. simply remove the trailing slash from the link’s URL.

    I’m not sure where this link points to, but I can’t find a kontakt target in your page, so maybe you need to change it to /#kontaktzeile
