Page Scroll Not Working

I have tried a variety of codes for page scrolling, but none of them have worked. I have looked up a few plugins, and I ended up trying the “Page to id” plugin, but it didn’t work either. I have three “buttons” (images) on this site https://www.cayceberryman.com/editing-services that I want to turn into buttons that, when clicked on, send you to the correlating image farther down the page. Any clue on how to do this?
