Page Save

I was wondering if there was a way to have it save the page you were on. So if you go to the first page it will redirect you to the last page you were on.

Alternatively, maybe having a similar message when you have not completed the previous form. But instead, a form you already completed a message pops up stating you have already completed this section please click here to go to the next step.

The reason I ask this is that I have it set up to where a person can only send 1 submission based on whether or not their email is already in the database. I did this in order to prevent the next button sending duplicates.
