Page Revisions not available

I recently updated to WP 3.6.1 and I cannot find the Page Revisions panel. There are dozens of similar articles but almost everyone who offered responses confused Page Revisions with Post Revisions. Post Revisions are still working perfectly fine, but I cannot access PAGE Revisions.

Yes, I have already checked the Screen Options tab and Revisions IS NOT an option. I know that in previous versions it was, but is not present there for me. However it is available in the Post Screen Options.

Someone in another thread suggest adding define('WP_POST_REVISIONS', true ); to the wp-config.php file if it isn’t there or simply changing the value from flase to true if it is already there. I added the code to wp-config with no change.

Can someone please help me figure this out? It’s driving me crazy!
