Page revisions listed as Uncategorized?!

For some reason, my installation is exhibiting some very odd and annoying behavior. *Page* revisions are injected into PREFIX_term_relationships as term_taxonomy_id = 1 (Uncategorized), this is apparently normal if not seemingly pointless. However, PREFIX_term_taxonomy has a non-zero count for term_id=1, even though there no uncategorized *posts*; the count listed is the number of pages which have been edited since this behavior started/I’ve manually wiped the useless PREFIX_term_relationships records. Any help in remedying this would be greatly appreciated.
