    Hi @tommy_parfume ,

Can you please share the URL of the specific post/page that’s visible in Google results but set to noindex?

I checked all the pages of your site mentioned in the search results and could not locate a noindex tag on any of them.

If you want to hide your pages/posts from search engines, you’ll need to set a noindex tag on them.

To do this, scroll down to the AIOSEO Settings section and click on the Advanced tab. You’ll see a setting for Robots Settings with a toggle that’s set to Use Default Settings.

Change the toggle to off and you’ll see some checkboxes under the Robots Meta heading. Check the box for No Index and click the Update button for your post. This post will not be indexed by search engines and will not appear in search results.

For your reference, here is our documentation on this –

I checked your site again and I can see the noindex tags on these pages now.

Google needs to crawl your pages in order to see meta tags and HTTP headers. These pages are still appearing in search results because Google hasn’t crawled them since you added the tag.

So now you just have to wait until Google crawls these pages and the desired URL is removed from the Google index. Depending on the site, this can take a few days.

You can request that Google recrawl a page using the URL Inspection tool here –

    That was very helpful.
Thank you so much for the info
