Page reloads, JS conflict?

I’ve recently installed your nice plugin on a test site, but comments posting is still being reloaded on the page. I turned on debugging, bit cannot figure it out. I looked through the source code of the page but any conflicting script isn’t standing out to me. Could you help me troubleshoot this please?
