page reloads after sending form

Hello,

I am having some trouble with one of my forms, there are two things:
1.yesterday a customer was not able to submit a form, he said the wheel kept turning around and the form did not get sent. I also did not receive an email. I tried to replicate this issue, trying several browsers and incognito windows and I could not bring out the same issue, the form always got sent, however, I found the following issue:
2. After the form gets sent, the page is supposed to show the short message saying “thank you, blablabla, we will contact you shortly”. This message is there, but the page reloads to the top of the form, so to see this message, the customer has to scroll down an empty form first, which is very confusing. I hope I am maing myself clear, you can see for yourself by doing a test on my site.

I would really appreciate some help figuring this out. I already updated the plugin to the latest version with no effect.
