    Hi, this may be due to a conflict with the theme or another plugin. Here are instructions for identifying plugin/theme conflicts.

    Thanks for the information.

    I activated the WordPress theme 2015 and the problem went away so it appears that there is a conflict with my theme, Legenda.

    What would you recommend I do next?

    I tested the issue with other lightbox plugins and could not duplicate the problem if that indicates anything.

    Thanks for the link. As it is a paid theme, I may not be able investigate further, but I will contact the theme’s developer and update this thread when I have more information.

    Hi, thanks to Legenda’s developers, I was able to take a closer look at what was happening and found a couple issues with the theme that was causing the browser to reload when the lightbox is closed.

    I have notified Legenda’s developers, so hopefully they will resolve the issues in a timely manner. Please let me know if you are still experiencing this issue once the theme has been fixed and I would be glad to reopen this thread and take another look.
