Page Refreshes to Main Shop

  • I installed the free version to test it out but after putting the widget on a page and selecting one filter, when you click on the filter option, it refreshes the page back to the main shop page vs opening up to the product the filter is set for.

    Also, I want the widget to appear on the right side of the page vs the top but I’m sure I could figure that part out if I could just get it to work correctly.

    Ok I actually got it to work. However, I really would like it to be on the right hand side of the page and I cant figure out how to do that without adding another column to the page and when I do that it changes the whole look of the page. Help!

    Lastly, if I want to add an additional filter type, Color, etc do I have to add the widget again and change it there?

    Hi,
    and thank you for writing in!

    The position of the sidebar doesn’t depend by our plugin, but by your theme.
    So, if you want to show the widgets in the right side, you should use a theme having a right sidebar, so you’ll be able to add widgets into that sidebar.

    Furthermore, you can use different filters by simply adding the widget more than one time to the sidebar and setting their options based on what you want to achieve.
