Page Refreshes After Submission

    When I submit the form, the page refreshes and I already added email “to” and “CC” but the page just refreshes. Even tried without the container. Please help.

    I have checked the website and it seems you are not using the Spectra form. Please let me know the issue URL on which you are using the Spectra form block and facing the issue.
