page refresh interups multiple ratings

as part of a site I am building to help people find a replacement for a medical shampoo that was withdrawn in the UK.
They can rate on effectiveness, soothingness and price – however, the page refreshes after each rating they place – this is bad if they are reviewing from withing the individual post like so https://79.170.44.152/beyondpolytar.net/lush-superbalm/ but its unworkable if they review from the main blogroll https://79.170.44.152/beyondpolytar.net/alternatives/ as it takes them back to the top of the page after every click, even if they were reviewing an item right down the list
Is there a solution to this?
