Page redirect to Shared Google Reader web page

    I am starting to share my Google Reader favourite RSS posts and Google gives me a link, and I have decided I would like to be able to create a page and have it link directly to my Shared GOogle Reader.

    I don’t know how to do this, how can I ?

    PS I am hoping for something simple like a plugin or such. (Fingers crossed)
