Page redirect

I am just setting up a new ecommerce web site, and after it redirects from paypal rather than taking the user to the page where they need to upload the image it takes them to their account
e.g
the current redirect is https://www.justcanvasprintsuk.co.uk/my-account/
when the upload page is actually in the order and would need to look something like this.
https://www.justcanvasprintsuk.co.uk/my-account/view-order
following the view order i am guessing it would have the order number looking something like this /?order155
or something similar.
After speaking to paypal they have told me there is something in the code that is stopping paypal from redirecting to the……… /view-order/
Any help is much appreciated
