    Hi,
    I’m following this tutorial for allowing each WordPress user to edit a page or post connected to their role.
    https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/roles-edit-single-page/

    So far, it works well but the problem is , on the sidebar menu, I don’t have Page or Post menu to click on.

    I followed the exact same step but I’m not sure where it can cause the problem.
    Or I need to the pro version in order to make it work?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    @webdevrvcom thanks for using PublishPress.

    This plugin should not impact your sidebar menu in any way.

    You may have something else going on with your site that isn’t connected to this plugin.

    You’re saying that both PublishPress Permissions plugin and PublishPress Capabilities plugin should not impact the sidebar menu?

    Do you have any clue where I should look at?

    Thank you!

    Hi @webdevrvcom

    You’re following a guide that does require the Pro version of PublishPress Permissions.

    Yes, the other plugin in that tutorial (PublishPress Capabilities) may impact your admin menu if you change the settings and remove editing permissions for Post and Pages.

    Ok, Thank for the answer!
    I’m going to create a new topic on the PublishPress Capabilities for this issue.
