Page Password Protection Problem

I have password protected a page and when I go to view the page as if I was a user of the site, it just refreshes. It does not say invalid password or error, all it does is refresh when I enter the password. I have search and searched the forums but found no solution to this problem.

Is there a way that this can be resolved? From the looks of the forums this is a common problem.

The site is https://www.cbhc.org and if you click on the link for members only you can get to the page that is called meeting minutes. The password is health4co.
