Page parameter failed firewall check

  • Hi,
    When I try to update wp-statistics settings I get an error that begins:

    Firewall Trigger: Field Truncation.
    Page parameter failed firewall check.
    The offending parameter was “wps_robotlist” with a value of “007ac9 5bot A6-Indexer AbachoBOT accoona AcoiRobot AddThis.com ADmantX AdsBot-Google advbot …

    I have tried restarting PC and router
    Also tried removing and re-installing wp-statistics

    I am at a bit of a loss where to look now.

    I should have said that this means I cannot update any settings in wp-statistics.

    Can anyone say what the “Page” is trying to do here?
    Is there a good reason to whitelist this parameter with a long list of robots?
