• When I want to edit a page at my dashboard (staging site of my homepage with the newest update of my (envato) theme), on every created and also new page the custom options, the one page options, all “page options” (page header/ page title / footer options) are not visible, not shown and not selectrable.

    options missing

At my original homepage with the old version of the theme, (which is out of date) I could see the options:

    options visible

Where is the problem? How could I get back the options, so I could edit my pages?
Since the theme author has not responded to requests for months, I need to try to solve the problem by myself. For reasons of time and organization, it is currently impossible for me to switch to a new theme.
Which file in the theme folder is “responsible” for this display?
I have backups of previous versions of the theme and want to compare where the error could be.

    Does somebody has any idea?
    Help would be great,

    thanks

    C2

  • Which file in the theme folder is “responsible” for this display?

Well, the problem is that you have a commercial product… and WordPress support volunteers are not given access to any commercial themes and plugins at all. So it’s simply impossible for us to know and tell you how the theme’s files are organized and what file is responsible for what feature.

    Good luck!
