    Hi wordpress world!

Whenever I go to my wordpress page, safefoodfoundation.org I get a welcome/installation message instead of my page. This also happens when I try to go to my admin panel to login.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
    Thanks!!

I have wordpress on my computer. This is the same computer I always use…

I can’t imagine that’s it. Any other ideas?

The site was fine this morning on this very computer. In my cPanel, the only things with the date last modified as today are in my WP Admin. There’s a dump.sql text file an mhgqnp.log text log and a 4MB .zip text generic file.

    Thanks for any help!!

When I go to https://www.safefoodfoundation.org/ , WordPress is detecting that your blog is not installed, so it redirects to https://www.safefoodfoundation.org/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php

Can you infrom us what you did via admin, the control panel ?

    Hi Pete_398.

Thanks for your response! I didn’t do anything on the control panel. Originally, I had it set up so that safefoodfoundation.org redirects to the safefoodfoundation wordpress site (this is because back in May when I built the site, I lost it while trying to transfer it over so instead just did a redirect)
But I have not even logged into the site today and didn’t log into the cPanel until I realized there was a problem about 1.5 hours ago.

    Thanks again!!

Also, when I try to fill in the information prompted here
    https://www.safefoodfoundation.org/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php

It just says my username is admin gives me a password then I click login and it takes me straight back here
    https://www.safefoodfoundation.org/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php

If you have a look under CPanel, phpMyAdmin, does the database look okay ? Like, are all your posts and pages there ?

    Yes, I think so.
There is an error_log under my wp-admin that has the date modified as today but that’s about 2 hours ago and I think the trouble may have started 6+ hours ago.

Can you post the contents of error_log, make sure you comment out any confidential info, like comment out the username after “/home/”

The timesatmp on error_log will be the ‘latest’, so if the trouble started 6 hrs ago, and then was reproduced 2 hrs ago, it will have the last time modified.

    Hi pete_398!

Thanks for your responses! I tried posting the contents of the error_log message twice yesterday but see that they never got up here. I’m not sure what happened.

Also, my website is back now. I have no clue what happened and why it went missing for that 24 hour period.

Anyway, thank you for your time and help! I really appreciate it!

    Cheers!
