Page not visible on mobile phone

  • I set up IgniteUp for a coming soon page on my site. It works fine on desktop and tablet but when I visit the site on a mobile phone, I just get a black screen. I checked this on 3 different iPhones and they all show a black screen. The coming soon page appears if I try to visit a page within our site (i.e. https://littlekahunaspetresort.com/pricing-plans) but doesn’t appear when just going to the homepage. Not sure why.

    Hi @lkpr2018,

    Thank you for contacting us. It seems like a conflict with another plugin or your main WordPress theme. Can you try another IgniteUp template if it still happens?

    However, Chrome browser on mobile phones shows the page correctly. I think it’s only with Safari browser.
