  • I am getting ready to leave work for the day so I probably won’t be able to get back to this. It would be better if you left a link to your site and perhaps some information like what version of WordPress you are running. This way, people can view your site and attempt to figure out what is happening.

    Actually the links and text are there but you can’t see them. You could try deactivating your plugins in an attempt to find one misbehaving.

    Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    @kmessinger: Uhm, how do you know what the OP’s site is to offer suggestions? I don’t see a link to one. Is it something a MOD can see but others can’t?

    His screen name is linked to his site. You don’t see that?

    Nope. I see links for Bob’s, Yours, mine, but not nschnoebelen’s. “Member” has a link to his profile, but that’s it.

    Weird. I don’t know what the deal is but I will ask.

    @markrh
    The OP has only one post. They need 50+ for non-mods to see the link.

    Hmmm.. makes sense I guess. Well, now I know.

    @markrh
    Do you belong to slack? Lots of discussion about stuff like this at https://wordpress.slack.com/messages/forums/

    Nope.. don’t belong to whatever that is, at least to my knowledge.
