Page Not Showing & Page Order Issues

I’m using WP Touch version 1.9.8 and the latest WordPress. Everything is pretty well set up like I want other than I have two problems.

1. One page is not showing at all(it IS selected on the WP Touch settings page). It’s titled Golf Club if you look on the desktop version of the site and is listed under About Stone Canyon. Some of the other pages that I’ve created to style slightly differently for the mobile version aren’t shown in the correct order, which I have set to Page ID. These pages are called: Document Links, Lots For Sale – Mobile, and Overview. Another page created similarly for the mobile site only is Homes For Sale – Mobile and that one did get placed in the correct spot.

Any suggestions on what the issue could be? I’ve tried deactivating all plugins without success and even deleted WP Touch and reset without success.

I plan to eventually upgrade to Pro as there are some features I’d like but have to hold off on that for awhile. I appreciate the help in advance.
