    Hi,
I have been facing this issue recently. My page is showing the cached version on mobile browsers (tried on chrome, opera and samsung) to returning visitors. Some users told me they faced the problem on desktop too. Even when I click on HOMEPAGE LINK, the page doesn’t show updated contents.
I purge cache after every new post but still mobile browsers don’t show the changes. It shows the latest articles only when I reload the page. Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey,

Update the plugin to the latest version and then go to the SuperCacher Settings tab (the first one) and enable the Browser-Specific Caching option. That will solve your issue ??

Hi, I have activated Browser-Specific Caching option. But after I published new posts, browsers are showing OLD contents, both on mobile and desktop.

I purged cache but I had to click RELOAD to see the new posts. Thanks.

Are you using other performance optimisation plugins? As far as I can see the dynamic caching is not working on the site you’ve provided.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I activated tagDiv Speed Booster few days ago. But I have been facing cache issue for 1 month.
After your first response, I contacted to siteground team and they said it is not server issue. Here is their response:

“ I pushed many posts and each time a refresh was needed to see the new post.

I tried to deactivate all the caching mechanisms from our server and still the issue was persisting no matter the changes I did.

This means that your application is serving the changes this way and a refresh is needed each time a new post is posted.

Keep in mind that this is not related to our server but is because of your application and how it is handling its cache.”

    I am kind of helpless.

Just found that dynamic cache is disabled. I think siteground team disabled the option while investigating the problem.

If the dynamic caching is disabled, then the SG Optimizer cannot be caching those pages. Please, check local caches and other such mechanisms that your site may utilize.

Hi, I have disabled BROWSER CACHING option under ENVIRONMENT OPTIMIZATION and found that new articles/changes can be SEEN if I click homepage link/logo (which didn’t happen before till I hit reload). Thanks.
