Page not scrolling on link click

Hello LuckyWP,
When I go to click a link, the page does not scroll.
I have have the TOC set up in a sticky side bar widget and I am suing the Avada theme.
Many thanks in advance for any help you can provide to fix this issue.

Try enable processing headings in settings: https://ps.w.org/luckywp-table-of-contents/assets/screenshot-10.png?rev=2099146
or in metabox on post edit screen.
