    Hi,

I previously contacted you about page refresh issues. I have now used the premium version on 3 different wordpress installs, and all of them have issues. The latest website gets this error on spreadsheet upload:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method PHPExcel_Calculation::unsetInstance() in /home/hempf247/my.hempfarm.co.nz/wp-content/plugins/order-tracking/PHPExcel/Classes/PHPExcel.php on line 390

The strange thing is that the data always goes in regardless of these errors. It is just a bit cumbersome to have to manually navigate back to the dashboard. Is this something you are still working on? I have version Version 2.9.2 and no prompts to upload.

    Thanks

That usually happens when there is either a formatting error in the spreadsheet or a column heading that isn’t right or an invalid character is used, etc. If you could send us the spreadsheet to [email protected], we could take a look at it to see if there are any mistakes in it. That being said, it could also be a server side issue. But let’s rule out the spreadsheet itself first.

I am going to send the spreadsheet, but you have previously confirmed it to be correct.
