page not redirect after subscribe at form

  • Hi

    the signup form shortcode/ widget used to test to see whether can success subscribe. but after key in name and email and submit. below error message show:

    {“status”:”success”,”msg”:{“successMsg”:”Thank you, you have successfully registered !”,”errorMsg”:”Something wrong occured”,”existMsg”:”You have already registered”,”invalidMsg”:”Your email address is invalid”},”redirect”:”http:\/\/www.taonpost.com\/my-assistance\/”}

    and no redirect to URL as i set before.

    Pls advice

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    Same problem for me.

    I installed this plug in October 2015 and it worked. It does not work any more but I do not know since when. (I keep my plugins up-to-date but I do not test this subscribe form too often).
