Page not loading when changing long banner image

  • I bought the Viral Pro Theme and downloaded the travel demo. Under Customize > Widgets > Long Banner, when I try to change the image for the banner to another one with similar size, the page loads permanently, never loading the new image. Even if I load the old image back the error persists.

    For now, I think the cause of the issue is some install plugin. So please check by disabling all the plugins and see if it work. If it works, then activate the plugin one by one to find the plugin causing it.
