    What is your permalink structure? Have you tried to flush them?
    Do you have any idea why your WP installation is appending index.php to the URI?

    I would like to help you get the plugin working on your WordPress installation but need more details on specifically why you are experience changes in the uri structure. Without these details, it is impossible to recreate why you experiences a page not found to address the issue.
