  • I had the same problem which we suspect was due to another plugin update. I only had one update recently so downgraded that plugin and all worked again. You could try deactivating recent plugins that have updated to find the culprit. Good luck!

    Yes, that’s correct. It’s most likely another plugin that affects things in the admin side.

    I’ve tried downgrading the latest plugin I had upgraded and still happening. Do you know how I can tell what dates the plugins were upgraded (kind of a newbie).

    I don’t know of a way to tell which plugins were updated lately, but the general method for finding out if a plugin is causing a problem is to deactivate them. Deactivate them all except Participants Database, then activate them one by one to see which one triggers the problem. If you have the Participants Database plugin activated without any other plugins, that will tell you if the problem is not another plugin…it could be your theme, or your hosting setup.
