• I’ve successfully installed IvyCat AJAX Testimonials, created a set of Testimonials and created a Group. However if I attempt to “View” any one of the Testimonials I get a “Page not found” error.

I have also embedded a shortcode implementation on the front page of my site pointing to the Group I created but nothing is displayed.

The shortcode used is as follows:
    [ic_do_testimonials group='Teaching' quantity='5']

Are these problems related to the fact that I already have (and still wish to keep) a WordPress page called “Testimonials”?

    The site URL is <https://www.nw3germantutor.co.uk>.

  • I am also seeing this issue..

    I am using Widget.

    anyone can help?

    Many Thanks.

I too have a page not found, my permalinks go to /%postname%.html but if I change it to /%postname%/ then I can see testimonials, however, I want the permalinks to go to the .html so can you do a fix for that?

it should not matter what the permalinks are, right?

    Thanks,
    Richard

Right now, permalinks are required without a file extension. This is something that’s on our radar and we’ve discussed changing it. Will look into it further and see if/when we can incorporate.
