    Hi Joyce,

Could you do me a favor and temporarily disable all plugins (minus Document Gallery) and switch to a default WP theme? Once done, let’s see if the issue goes away. If it does, re-enable plugins & theme one-by-one until the issue comes back and you’ll know what’s causing the issue.

    Hi Dan,

I am hesitant to change to a default WP theme, as I’ve had bad experiences on live sites in the past where content disappears and even when switching back, things are completely messed up!
I will try disabling the plugins, though, and see if that helps.
Thanks for getting back to me.

    Hi Joyce,

Did disabling plugins reveal what was causing your issues?

    Dan,
No it didn’t help. I will close this for now, as work on this project is on hold for a while. Will submit a new ticket if/when the project resumes.
Thank you for your help so far.

I have the same issue with my site.

    Any clue why?

    addkolon,

Have you tried the same steps I provided jcimb above?

DG uses built-in WP info to get the attachment paths, so the issue is either going to be an issue with WP configuration or another plugin interfering in some way. The trick is figuring out what exactly is unhappy.
