    Hello,

First, thank you for the great plugin. It has been easy to use to accept payments via my site.

A couple days ago, my site was updated to WordPress 4.5. Since then, the Full Stripe payment buttons no longer work properly; when the user clicks on them, instead of the payment form appearing, the user is redirected to a non-existent page and receives a “Page Not Found” error.

You can see the behavior for yourself on the page in question: https://www.baystrength.com/purchase-personal-training/

All my plugins are up to date. I am running Divi theme from Elegant Themes. No changes to the site have been made in recent weeks except the update to WP 4.5.

I have tested this for myself in Chrome (incognito mode) on Windows, and also have independent confirmation from clients attempting to submit payment through multiple browsers.

Please let me know if there are any additional details I can provide.

    Thanks in advance,
    Jeremy

PS– This is for the paid version, not the free version.

    Hello Jeremy,

Let me set up a test environment similar to your payment page and see what happens.

I will come back with some questions.

    Cheers,

    Hello Jeremy,

I’ve checked the source code of this page:
    https://www.baystrength.com/purchase-personal-training/

The javascript and CSS includes for WP Full Stripe are completely missing from the page.

This means that either you have an optimization plugin running on your site which compressed and packaged these includes to other files, or there is a conflict on the page.

I will get back with some tests results for checkout forms on WordPress 4.5 and WP Full Stripe 3.5.1 (You are running the latest version, aren’t you? I cannot determine it because of the missing includes).

    Cheers,
    Csaba

    Hello Jeremy,

According to my tests, WP Full Stripe 3.5.1 is compatible with WordPress 4.5 when you have multiple checkout forms on a page.

So the issue must be related to the missing include files detailed in my previous post.

    Cheers,
    Csaba

    Hi Csaba,

Thank you so much for your timely response. I will take a look at the issues you identified and see if I can get the plugin working again. I will post an update back here after I do so.

    Thanks again,
    Jeremy
