Page Not Found Error on Theme Customizer

  • I’m currently getting a “page not found” error whenever I try anything associated with customizing my theme. I’ve switched to other themes (im able to access the theme page), but as soon as I click customize i get the page not found error.

    Please help as I desperately want to switch themes (I’ve been getting consistent errors on my blog) and its stressing me out.

    Can you give me more information what is the theme you are trying to switch to?

    The issue could also be caused if there are incorrect permissions of the theme’s files, has it been manually installed?
