Page not found error

  • Hi, I just update WP to 3.9 and start working on my page. First of all, I create a new sub-page I published but its not appear on my site, than after a few min all of my page are give an error: page not found!

  • Dont delete the FTP folder until you have backed up everything and started a new topic for your particular issue ??

    I manage to solve that issue for you, i sent you an email about it.

    It ended up being the .htaccess file, after i was able to get WordPress to rewrite it properly everything is fine now. pretty permalinks are working.

    Would you be able to click the mark topic as resolved at the bottom of the comment window. thanks ??

    I think I have the same two problems as liveroomscape had yesterday: fatal errors and not knowing how to work with permalinks or FTP access. Can you help me, too? wajcgs.org

    Sorry for the late reply. I just checked your site it seems to be working fine, did you manage to fix the problem?

    if there is something i can help with let me know or start a new topic in the forums and someone will probably answer soon.

    btw i managed to get liveroomescape.com working fine, it ended up being the .htaccess file. I deleted it and then got WordPress to rewrite a new one. and that fixed it.

    @urgableh I noticed your website is working fine now too, what solution did you use to fix your site?
