Page not found after trying to clone

  • I have my new site in a dev domain and it is ready to go live, I did the backup and everything works perfectly, but when i copy the backup URL to restore on the active site, i put the URL and start the restore but after around 1 minute it give me a 404 page not found error, and nothing happen.

  • Where are you copying from and where are you copying to. I had a similar problem when I used a sub directory instead of a subdomain.
